x86/asm/tsc: Rename native_read_tsc() to rdtsc()

x86/asm/tsc: Rename native_read_tsc() to rdtsc()

Now that there is no paravirt TSC, the "native" is
inappropriate. The function does RDTSC, so give it the obvious
name: rdtsc().
