OpenVPN init script thinks client_disconnect is bool
The OpenVPN init script incorrectly tries to use the client_disconnect option
as a bool, but it's a string specifying a script to run when a client
disconnects.

package/mtd-utils: update to 1.4.5
This updates packages/utils/mtd-utils and includes all patches from
tools/mtd-utils, so the two may eventually be merged.
I also added 150-fix_ubi-utils_static.patch which is a hack needed
to include libcrc32.o in the static binaries.
Having them static makes sense as only ubiformat is required on the target.

socat: update to 1.7.2.1 (CVE-2012-0219), use CONFIGURE_{ARGS,VARS}
- Update socat to 1.7.2.0
(main reason: avoids compile-error against kernel 3.3.5 with ext2_fs.h which seems to got removed/changed to not being used from userspace from current kernel)
- remove 502-no_sslv2.patch which doesn't apply surely and looks quite outdated to me, socat isn't linked against *ssl* anyway, compiles and works fine, verified on ar71xx

Update BIRD to version 1.3.7
Besides some nice new featues like an include command in config files, the
possibility to define protocol instances from templates, and support for BGP
