qcn6122: add BDF for I-O DATA WN-DAX3000GR

This BDF was taken from the official v1.02.001 firmware for WN-DAX3000GR
and modified to resolve the "Assertion axis_value == ANTENNACHAIN_AXIS_Z
failed" error.

- offset: 0x45c
-  value: 0x3 ---> 0x0
