iwlwifi: hide kernel option IWLWIFI_DEVICE_SVTOOL

Because the testmode support should be the mandatory foundation
of test functionality, it is better to set kernel option
IWLWIFI_DEVICE_SVTOOL automatically instead of user configuration.
