NFC: trf7970a: SDD_EN is bit 5 not bit 3

The SDD_EN bit in the NFC Target Detection Level Register
is bit 5 not bit 3 so change the TRF7970A_NFC_TARGET_LEVEL_SDD_EN
macro accordingly.
