libftdi: drop package

libftdi was used only by telldus-core and the old libftdi 0.x version
hasn't been updated from 10 years.

telldus-core works correctly with libftdi1 with a trivial patch.

Drop the package for good instead of fixing it for CMake >= 4.0
compatibility.
