[NETFILTER]: xt_tcpudp: fix double unregistration in error path

"xt_unregister_match(AF_INET, &tcp_matchstruct)" is called twice,
leaving "udp_matchstruct" registered, in case of a failure in the
registration of the udp6 structure.
