ARM: davinci: fix build failure with allnoconfig

allnoconfig build with just ARCH_DAVINCI enabled
fails because drivers/clk/davinci/* depends on
REGMAP being enabled.

Fix it by selecting REGMAP_MMIO when building in
DaVinci support.
