batman-adv: Merge bugfixes from 2019.1

* fix uninit-value in batadv_interface_tx()
* Reduce claim hash refcnt only for removed entry
* Reduce tt_local hash refcnt only for removed entry
* Reduce tt_global hash refcnt only for removed entry
