ipq806x: refresh config for kernel 5.4

* With kernel 5.4.128, ran: make kernel_menuconfig CONFIG_TARGET=generic
* Manually added back CONFIG_LEDS_TRIGGER_DISK=y so as not to revert
  f93fcf8923aa ("ipq806x: enable disk-activity LED trigger")
