scripts: fix CAMEO tag generator

What should have been only cosmetic changes, ended up in breaking the
script. Rename UIMAGE_CRC_SLICE back to (the original) UIMAGE_CRC_OFF.

Fixes issue #10204 "cameo-tag.py broken"
