rockchip: fix assign IRQ SMP affinity for Radxa E52C

The ifname was renamed to `lan`/`wan` in commit 1f1db7543220
 ("rockchip: make NIC name predictable for Radxa E52C/ROCK 5 ITX/ROCK 5T"),
update accordingly.
