[net] Telephony: yate: Removed sysconfdir parameter from CONFIGURE_ARGS.  This fixes yate looking for configuration under /etc/yate/yate instead /etc/yate.  Closes: 9040.  Thanks Dimtiry Kurchkin for reporting.
