uboot-envtools: mt7622: add support for Ruijie RG-EW3200GX PRO

Add U-Boot environment settings for Ruijie RG-EW3200GX PRO to allow
users to access the bootloader environment using fw_printenv/fw_setenv
while running OpenWrt.
