generic: 5.15: remove outdated symbols

Remove symbols that are no longer present in 5.15:
- CONFIG_CRYPTO_RMD128
- CONFIG_CRYPTO_RMD256
- CONFIG_CRYPTO_RMD320
- CONFIG_CRYPTO_SALSA20
- CONFIG_CRYPTO_TGR192
- CONFIG_RAW_DRIVER
- CONFIG_ENABLE_MUST_CHECK
