jail: prepare for adding process to existing namespace

Introduce '-j' option to ujail which allows joining namespaces of
(a) existing process(es). Usage:
ujail -j <pid>:<nstype>[,<nstype>[,...]]

In order to join namespaces of different processes the '-j' option can
be used multiple times.
