sdk: Fix cryptodev-linux build when CONFIG_ARM64_MODULE_PLTS=y

When CONFIG_ARM64_MODULE_PLTS=y, arch/arm64/kernel/module.lds is
required to build cryptodev-linux. This updates the sdk to include this
file.
