bcmclm: support printing channels

CLM seems to store ranges of channels it contains data for. Print
them.

Example output:
2.4 GHz band channels: 1 - 14
  5 GHz band channels: 34 - 46
  5 GHz band channels: 36 - 64
  5 GHz band channels: 100 - 144
  5 GHz band channels: 149 - 165
