ramips: 6.1: mt7621-dma: add hsdma driver to files

Commit 87dd67f496f7 ("staging: mt7621-dma: remove driver from tree")
removed the mt7621-dma driver. Maintain the driver downstream in the
folder of the other mediatek drivers.
