firmware: ath10k-firmware: update to 2018-01-26

* introduces the BDFs for the OpenMesh A42 in
  /lib/firmware/ath10k/QCA4019/hw1.0/board-2.bin.
* adds new firmware firmware-6.bin_RM.4.4.1.c1-00037-QCARMSWP-1 for
  QCA6174 hw3.0
