imx6: image: cleanup image recipes

- drop unused 'UBOOT' variable from 'Device/apalis' recipe
- fix 'KERNEL_SUFFIX' for 'Device/cubox-i' (should be '-zImage')
- drop redundant 'DEVICE_{VENDOR,MODEL}' from 'Device/ventana-large'
- other, minor fixes
