lantiq: ase: cleanup kernel config

The subtarget kernel config options CONFIG_CC_OPTIMIZE_FOR_SIZE and
CONFIG_HAVE_IRQ_EXIT_ON_IRQ_STACK are already set by the target or
global kernel config.
