Remove upstreamed patches:
- 0001-mksquashfs-fix-build-for-big-endian-architectures.patch
- 0002-gzip_wrapper-fix-byte-swapping-prototype.patch
- 0003-mksquashfs-fix-regression-introduced-by-SEEK_DATA-op.patch
