realtek: ethernet: drop open coding

There is some open coding in the ethernet driver. Drop
that and use kernel helpers instead.

- Use napi_gro_receive() instead of local skb list
- Use skb_put_data() instead of skb_put() plus memcpy()
- Use netdev_alloc_skb_ip_align() instead of manual alignment
