uboot-ath79: add FE profile for NEC Aterm series (AR9344)

Add ar9344_nec_aterm_fe profile for NEC Aterm WF1200HP and WF1200HP2
based on Atheros AR9344, but using internal FE switch instead of
external GbE switch.
