ramips: sercomm s1500: enable wlan LEDs activity blinking

This commit enables wireless LEDs activity blinking for Sercomm S1500
devices (Beeline Smartbox PRO, WiFire s1500.nbn).

Run-tested: WiFire s1500.nbn
