scripts: fix remote-gdb with CONFIG_BUILD_SUFFIX

Fix the scripts/remote-gdb script when CONFIG_BUILD_SUFFIX is set.
CONFIG_BUILD_SUFFIX extends the name of the folder build_dir/target*
