lantiq: use dwc2 by default on all ar9 boards

The dwc2 USB driver now works on Lantiq ar9, but the
default is still ltq-hcd-ar9. This patch switches to
dwc2 by default.

v2: all ar9 boards (v1 was just for BTHOMEHUBV3A and WBMR)
