ramips: fix wrong eeprom data for sercomm dxx devices

This commit fixes wrong WiFi eeprom data:
   /sys/kernel/debug/ieee80211/phy0/mt76/eeprom
   /sys/kernel/debug/ieee80211/phy1/mt76/eeprom
