ramips: add support for Planex MZK-WDPR.

add support for Planex MZK-WDPR.
MZK-WDPR(MZK-WDPR-R01) is internet radio tuner.
This patch is "network board" in MZK-WDPR.
LCD board is non OpenWrt Platform.
