mediatek: restore support for Fidelix FM35X1GA

This patch was dropped when the spi-nand driver got replaced last time.
Note: This isn't a complete chip support. It's missing ECC status
functions. It's fine on MT7622 because we don't use it, but this means
it can't be upstreamed.
